LGBTphobia Survey
HAVE YOUR SAY
We’ve teamed up with the Northumbria Police Crime Commissioner to launch a major survey on LGBTPhobia in the region.
Throughout our Summer of Pride Festival, we’ll be asking people to complete a simple survey on how safe you feel and if you’ve ever experienced LGBTphobia.
We are using the umbrella term ‘LGBTPhobia’ which refers to the intolerance, discrimination, or exclusion, suffered by Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Non-Binary people, due to their sexual orientation or gender identity.
The survey will help us to map areas of concern and provide a clearer picture of the challenges and lived experiences many have
All the information is confidential though you can include an email address and win £50 of Amazon vouchers for taking part.
Once the survey is complete, we’ll produce a report of our findings which will be presented to the Northumbria Police Crime Commissioner and leaders of each local authority.
This is your chance to have your say.
