Something new is about to open its doors in the region, and we’d love you to feel part of it from day one.

The ONE Centre will be a bright, welcoming LGBTQ+ community hub where people from all backgrounds can come together as ONE community. It will offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere designed for chatting, connecting, and sharing experiences. Whether you’re on your own or with others, you’ll be able to drop in to meet people, try something new, or simply enjoy spending time in an open and supportive space.

We’ll also be hosting a wide variety of events - creative sessions, social get-togethers, workshops, and community-led projects - shaped by the people who use and love the space. Whether you’re exploring a new activity, getting creative, recording a podcast, cooking with others, or meeting new people in a warm, relaxed setting, everyone will be supported to take part in the way that feels right for them. Friendly guidance will also be available - from introducing you to new groups to signposting you towards organisations and services that can help you feel confident, connected, and cared for.

At its heart, the ONE Centre will be about belonging. It will be a place where the LGBTQ+ community and our allies can come together, support one another, and celebrate who we are. It’s more than just a venue, it will be a shared space built by and for the community - a place to grow, connect, and feel truly at home.
