OUT North East is proud to deliver 'Together as ONE,' a welcoming and practical LGBTQ+ inclusion training designed to build confidence, understanding and positive change.
We know that equality, diversity and inclusion matter to organisations. But we also know that fear of “getting it wrong” can hold people back. Together as ONE removes that barrier.
Our friendly, engaging workshops create a safe, non-judgemental space where people can ask questions, learn openly, and grow in confidence. It is a safe space to ask anything.
Our training celebrates the diversity of LGBTQ+ communities and shares real human experiences.
By grounding learning in everyday realities, we help participants better understand the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people, their colleagues, families, and friends - and how we can all make a meaningful difference in our workplaces.

The course is flexible around your needs as an organisation, and although we do have a core curriculum, we are flexible in what we can offer, based around your organisational needs.
We also occasionally offer an open course at the ONE Centre, for anyone to book onto - sign up to our newsletter on our homepage to be the first to hear when these new courses become available.
Course length and cost:
We offer two versions of the course - our normal three hour course, as well as a 'bitesize' hour-long course.
Both options below can be delivered at your location, or at the ONE Centre, or they can be delivered online.
Option 1 : Three hour course:
Held at your own location or at the ONE Centre:
3 hour session for up to 25 people. Total: £550
Option 2: One hour online 'bitesize' course:
1 hour session for up to 25 people. Total: £350
Please note that additional people on a course will cost more per head, and we are happy to supply these costs should you need them. Whether the course is in-person, or online, the course cost does not change.
