OUT North East is proud to deliver Fearless Allies, a welcoming, practical LGBTQ+ inclusion workshop designed to build confidence, understanding and positive change.
We know that equality, diversity and inclusion matter to organisations. But we also know that fear of “getting it wrong” can hold people back. Fearless Allies removes that barrier.
Our friendly, engaging workshops create a safe, non-judgemental space where people can ask questions, learn openly and grow in confidence.
Our training celebrates the diversity of LGBTQ+ communities and shares real, human experiences.
By grounding learning in everyday realities, we help participants better understand the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people, their families and friends - and how allyship can make a meaningful difference at work and beyond.
